What we collect
Your email address, the services you chose, and the language you browsed in — saved as soon as you submit a valid address.
Your name and company, if you choose to add them. Both are optional.
If you register as a vendor: company name, what you supply, phone number, and which of our services you supply for.
The text of an urgent message, if you write one before being handed to WhatsApp.
Why we collect it
To send you the company profiles for the services you asked about, and to answer you.
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing.
Where it is stored
Records are held in Airtable, and email goes through Resend: the company profiles to you, and an internal notice to our team with what you entered. Both are third-party providers who process the data on their servers.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which step of the form people stop at. It sets cookies in your browser.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell a person from a bot when the form is sent. It runs from Cloudflare’s domain and may set its own cookie there.
The site sets no other cookies, and we run no advertising or profiling trackers.
You can block these in your browser settings; nothing on the site stops working if you do.
Pressing the WhatsApp button moves the conversation into WhatsApp from your own number. That chat is governed by WhatsApp’s privacy policy, not ours.
We keep a copy of the message you typed on the site before the handover, so we can match it to your enquiry.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely.
